 Fitness on Friday

It’s Friday, yipee…oh, but I have to work tomorrow. This week was same same, gained none, lost none…walked everyday, went to the gym on Thursday, did a Cardio DVD at home, I really liked the DVD. Before I did not believe that walking works, but now I am a believer, walking does work. After all, fat is the fuel used when you are walking.   1. Glad to see that you didn’t have a weight gain. I had the same thought about walking. I’m a believer too. There has been weeks that all I did was walk and I lost a pound or so.
