Fitness on Friday

I am super proud of myself, I ran 5 miles on Monday, this 1/2 marathon business is getting pretty serious. I think I will make up my mind to go for it once I ran 10 miles, I am half way there. Saturday I am going for a 5K race. I thought it would be a good build up to go for something competitive. I want a trophy sooo bad, I am really getting behind on cross training, I need to start doing more strength training and all….hope you have a good weekend, I am off today, yippee!!
