Fitness on Fridays

I used to be an avid participant of Fitness on Fridays, and I liked it.  It did motivate me when I did it, but now, Fitness on Fridays is going to be in my past.  It is not that I have reached my weight goal, I am still far from it.  After I started running more consistently, it ceased being just about pounds, it has now become about being healthy and fit.  Sure, I would love to loose more pounds, but I have stopped focussing on that.  I feel more healthy, I sleep better, my clothes fit better and I have become a runholic,  and you know what, it works for me. so, goodbye Fitness on Fridays…I think I am going to start my very own meme for Fridays, but for now, thank God it’s Friday!
