Day 6

Yesterday I was talking to my coach, okay, she is on staff as an Exercise specialist (in the company I work for ) and so she is the coach of a million other employees too, she is called Jessica and she is awesome.  She advised me thatI need to eat more protein and so when I got home, I decided to make chilli on my crock pot.  That chilli was soo good.  I will post the recipe soon, I am thinking of doing 21 days of crock pot cooking after I am done with the current 21 days…
