Today we started a fitness challenge at work. This is a 10 week challenge and after that we will weigh in again and see who lost the most body fat. I was happy that I have lost 2 pounds of body fat since I last weighed myself. So, what is my plan?
I will start off the first month with Jillian Michaels 30 days shred DVD.
Will walk during one of my breaks
I intend to keep a food diary using Calorie King.

  1. Hey, Grace! Feel free to participate in Fun Monday even with all the kid movies! Do the same categories though. Kid movies are so underrated – I love them! Most of mine are kid movies – but my son’s not the only one who likes them!
