It is end of week 2, 10 days I have shredded with Jillian Michaels.  I rest on the weekends.  She promises that I will lose upto 20 pounds,  she says upto 20 pounds, it could be zero, but it could also be 20.  Half of that would be fine with me.

Sugar from Survivor was voted out yesterday, I said bye to her on facebook.  In honor of Sugar, I am cutting out sugar for 5 days beginning 15th.  I am not taking in any refined, artificial or processed sugar.  The only sugar I will take in is sugar found naturally, like in fruits etc.  I bet that cuts out a lot of stuff.  Will see how I will do on friday next week.

Fun Monday – beating th doldrums

Today’s Fun Monday is hosted by the lovely Church Lady. She would like to know what we do when we are ‘stuck’ in the house. Here is her assignment:
How do you beat the doldrums when you are stuck in the house either because it is too cold or too hot outside? Do you read? Cook? Complete a home improvement project? Watch movies? Scrapbook? Please share your ideas.

When I am ‘stuck’ in the house, usually it happens that I am stuck with two energetic toddlers, whatever I do depends on what they are doing too. I cook, try to cook “make-a-head” meals and keep them frozen and this saves up on time for me on weekdays, I try to catch up with laundry and at times sleep. I guess house work takes a lot of my ‘free’ time before I know it, the time day is over.

Day 4

Day 4 of the 30 days shred, Jillian Michaels is killing me, it better be worth it. I am doing level one though, will move to level 2 after 10 days. I think 20 minutes of this circuit training is worth more than 30 minutes running on a treadmill. But then again, depends on how fast you run on that treadmill…
