Group Class

Last week I took the bold step of joining a group class…the reason why I call it a bold step is because, I am the kind of person who likes to go to the gym to do their own individual thing.  I fear group classes because, I fear walking out should I be tired or bored.  This class is like no other, all you do is lunges, squats, presses and push ups.  WOW!  I am committed to going for 6 weeks.  I needed some strength training in my life, with the mud run soon approaching and this is perfect for me.  Go Tara!  It is so worth it to come to your class!
