My name is Grace.  I work part-time  teaching in a university and also as a substitute teacher and also take care of my loving family.  I love to cook,read and running.  I ran a half-marathon every year and hoping to running a full marathon one day before I am 50!   2. Hello Grace, thanks for your comment on my blog. I love to check out local bloggers and especially folks I know…well we sort of know eachother through Sharon. While in college I knew several folks from Kenya. Some of the best people I have ever known were from your native land. I love Jesus too BTW.

    Thanks for your Mandazi recipe! Our family helps to sponsor a child in Kenya and sent a present to his older brother, who could not find work. The brother started a mandazi stand with the money, and we didn’t know what they were! Thanks for the explanation, we’ll try the recipe 🙂 Kira
